Product Performance and Main Structure
The imaging plate is composed of a protective layer (resin), a fluorescent layer (including phosphor, additives, and resin), a support layer (mainly PET), and a black – light – blocking layer or a magnetic – containing layer. It is used to record and display medical images.

Scope of Application
It is applicable to the storage, recording, and display of digital medical images for oral X – ray radiography.

Shelf Life of the Imaging Plate
Under correct storage rules, the shelf life of the imaging plate is 36 months, which is marked on the label in the form of an expiration date.

Usage of the Imaging Plate

1. First, put the imaging plate into a waterproof protective bag to prevent its performance from deteriorating due to water ingress during shooting.

2. When placing it in the oral cavity, the blue – coated side of the imaging plate should face the X – ray machine.

3. Shoot according to the normal procedure.

4. When taking the imaging plate out of the waterproof bag after shooting, avoid contact with water.

5. Put the imaging plate into a card reader to read the captured image.

6. After reading the image, place the imaging plate according to its storage conditions.

Storage and Transportation Conditions of the Imaging Plate
The packaged IP plate should be stored in an environment with a temperature not exceeding 33°C, a relative humidity not exceeding 80%, no corrosive gases, and good ventilation. Avoid storing it in places with direct sunlight, ultraviolet light, and other various ionizing radiations. During storage, avoid bending or folding the IP plate, and do not exert excessive force on it.
It is recommended to transport the IP plate at a temperature below 25°C.
